Teen Apprenticeship Program

Our Apprentices — as we call our 9th–12th graders — take an honored place within the larger camp community. Apprentices journey through a summerlong rite-of-passage experience of learning, adventure, responsibility, self-exploration and service – and emerge with increased confidence, skills, and awareness of themselves, their communities and the earth. Family Camp

Our Family Camp offers families a taste of our core program: organic farming, animal care, swimming, boating, hiking, biking, yoga, meditation, nature arts, pioneer crafts, enjoying yummy, uber-local organic food, a zero-waste goal, learning about local ecosystems and wild edible/medicinal plants, (sub)urban sustainability skill-shares, coming together in joyful and restful Shabbat celebration, and more.

Family Camp costs between $175 and 300 per person, sliding scale. We'd love to share the experience with you!

Sibling Discount

First child pays full tuition. Each additional sibling gets 5% off full tuition.

Full Payment of All Charges

The date full payment of all charges are due will be announced in fall 2011.

Additional Fees

For campers who are not being dropped off at camp, there is an additional travel fee.

Cancellation Policy

Tuition is fully refundable until April 24th. After that date, we refund all but $100 for administration costs. If you have requested financial assistance and do not receive enough aid, the deposit is fully refundable.
